LOCATION – MILTON KEYNES
SALARY – £35,000-£40,000 DOE PLUS AMAZING ADDITIONAL BENEFITS & UNCAPPED COMMISSION (Potential to 50k)
Due to ongoing success, my client is seeking a Sales Team Leader to join and manage their sales team within their large outbound contact centre, with the aim of converting sales leads into new business. They are looking for someone to drive team performance and grow our business further. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a track record of delivering outstanding customer service results, is a positive individual who enjoys a fast-paced vibrant work environment and can install this in other team managers and teams.
They are seeking individuals who have a passion for helping people develop and progress at all levels, experience in an outbound contact centre, within management and who can demonstrate fantastic leadership skills.
Key responsibility as a Team Manager:
- Reporting to Senior Management and competent in knowing your business, figures and KPIs. Highlighting any issues of concern and successes
- Maintaining high standards across your teams and managing performance through audits, KPIs and 121’s
- Forecasting, data analysis and management of underperformance where needed
- Deal with any issues or complaints swiftly, escalating to your Senior Manager where applicable
- Responsible for recruitment for your team, managing headcount and budgets
Skills, knowledge and experience required as a Team Manager
- Must be driven with fantastic leadership skills and attributes
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Proven track record in Sales and Contact Centre management
- Good self-motivator, able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
- Professional in appearance, manner and attitude
- Articulate, literate, numerate and computer-literate
- Innovative and forward thinking
