Working Pattern: Thursday – Saturday 7am – 4pm
CCR is supporting a fast-growing innovative company with operations within the UK and Europe, the team have grown rapidly this year and is expanding again. The opportunity to join this team will open opportunities within Senior capacities for those wanting career development. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your German Language skills and work within a fun and exciting team.
Full training (9am – 3pm first two weeks for training) and support is provided – ideally the successful candidate would have had some experience working within Customer Service (retail experience also suitable for some positions)
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients/customers via phone, email, and chat and other social channels
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback and assist in document translation.
Communication: Liaise with delivery teams to ensure clear communication and efficient service execution.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and relay this information to the management team whilst responding to the customer needs.
Qualifications
Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. This will be tested during the interview process.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle challenging situations and resolve issues effectively.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
