Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum OTE £50,000 (uncapped)

Location: Bromley

 Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm (with occasional evening observations)

Our specialist sales centre based in North Kent is looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can help us grow and develop our team of professional sales specialists.

Quite simply, people make our business and for us, getting the right person for this exciting new role is right at the top of our list.  Afterall, knowledge can be trained, and we are well-known for supporting our people achieve professionally recognised qualifications so don’t worry if you have no previous knowledge of the mortgage business.

 

Duties will include:

  • Lead and manage a team to achieve their personal and business goals
  • Provide coaching and support through regular observations
  • Help upskill individuals to confidently deliver the right outcome for our customers
  • Encourage individuals to nurture and help our customers throughout their journey
  • Carry out regular business review meetings with all individuals in the team
  • Implement and manage development and action plans with individuals
  • Support and encourage good working relationships with all other areas of the business
  • Deliver to targets and expectations
  • Present and discuss ideas and suggestions to improve the business with line manager
  • Regular support and 1:1 meeting with the team to monitor performance and business quality
  • Motivate the team to achieve great results
  • Liaising with your line manager to ensure maximisation of opportunities
  • Passion for Self-Development and a thirst for knowledge 
  • Be responsible for own business productivity
  • Attend regular meetings and work closely with line manager to achieve business plan
