Sales Advisor (Telesales)

£26,000 + uncapped commission (on average between £500 – £1,000 a month, more in peak seasons as well)

Droitwich – Office based

Monday to Friday 9 – 6, one shift of 10 – 7 a week and occasional weekends with days off in week to make up for so (9 – 6 on Saturday and 11 – 5 on Sunday)

 

CCR are supporting a boutique retailer which covers the UK overall and they are looking to bring in an experienced customer excellence professional. Customer care and service is of the upmost importance for our client and the opportunity itself will be highly rewarding in return. This position will be working within their sales team (currently a team of 6) and speaking to Customers daily booking them in for appointments (all warm leads no more cold calling)

Duties

As a Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, this would involve incoming and outgoing telephone calls.

  • Answering incoming customer calls and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Turning enquiries into appointments and schedule to the sales team
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote products and services
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer information on the CRM
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls and appointments made
  • Maximize post appointment sales opportunities and follow up on quotation requests

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience within an Outbound Sales/Telesales role.
  • Engaging and confident telephone manner including excellent communication skills across all levels of business.
  • Resiliency and determination as well as the ability to handle and learn from rejection.
  • Ambitious, competitive, and confident communicator with excellent attention to detail.
  • Eagerness and willingness to develop and learn.
