Responsibilities

  • Answering customer enquiries over the phones and emails
  • Taking customer sales, product cards, and fabric sample orders over the phone
  • Responding to customer feedback on independent customer feedback websites
  • Processing customer sales orders with suppliers
  • Processing and sending out fabric sample and product card orders
  • Organising and logging all cases
  • Cutting and re-stocking fabric samples

What you’ll need:

  • 1+ years office based experience preferably in a customer service related role
  • The ability to cut it in a hyper-growth start-up - we’re looking for an agile, team player, who is passionate about customer services and our company/brand
  • A professional, pro-active and can do attitude - someone who is willing to go the extra mile to “make it happen” and who takes real accountability for their own performance
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to stay calm and work well under pressure in a target driven environment
  • Good Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word (essential)
