£33,000 + Fantastic Bonus Structure (OTE £45,000)

CCR is proud to be supporting a long-term client of ours who are looking for an experienced Sales/Telesales Team Supervisor to join them on a full-time basis (37.5 hours) working Monday to Friday. The position is based in Erith (Southeast London) and you will to be able to get to their offices within 45 – 60 minutes as this position isn’t offering Hybrid / Remote working.

The client is an international brand who are widely recognised within their sector and this position will be overseeing sales but ensuring brand representation is always at the forefront of the team. You will be managing a brand-new team, consisting of 4 – 6 Sales Advisors overseeing day-to-day operations, mentoring team members, driving sales performance, and ensuring that targets are met in a fast-paced call centre environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily telesales activities, ensuring a high level of productivity and professionalism.
  • Monitor calls and provide coaching to improve sales techniques, customer service, and compliance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Generate reports on team performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Motivate and support the telesales team to maintain high morale and a positive working environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, operations, etc.) to support campaigns and optimize sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
  • Coach the sales team on selling techniques and best practices.

  • Ability to analyse performance data and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office suite and call centre software.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and customer focus.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience in the automotive, construction or industrial supply sectors.
  • Experience with telesales, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Previous experience supervising or mentoring a telesales team.
