Role Overview
The purpose of the Customer Service role is to provide first class, helpful and professional support to all our UK customers via phone and email. To put the customer first and ensure that all queries are successfully dealt with in a timely manner.
Main responsibilities:
- Handling of incoming customer queries in relation to customer’s plans including, but not limited to, account balances, updating details, scheduling payments, and negotiating payment plans.
- Dealing with other incoming ad hoc queries
- Responding to customers within the SLA time
- To intelligently escalate any complex queries or issues from customers to the team manager
- Maintaining customer files by ensuring thorough contact notes are made in the administrative interface.
- Maintaining the highest level of customer service standards regardless of the context
- Proactively participating in meetings and sessions to improve customer service processes.
- General administrative matters relevant to the position and team as required.
- Ensure that all policies are adhered to, and that any applicable legislation is complied with
- Other adhoc customer support tasks as required.

- Proficient in MS Office packages
- Positive and flexible attitude
- Confidence in liaising articulately with customers and external stakeholders at all levels
- A strong moral and professional outlook
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in a customer service would be advantageous.
- Available to work weekends and public holidays when required.
