Healthcare Administrator
Location: London
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (DOE)
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing requests for access to healthcare from our customers, ensuring the requests are covered according to policy.
- Ensuring that appropriate healthcare providers are assigned to each case.
- Using and updating internal systems to manage requests for access to healthcare.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining confidentiality of customer information at all times
- Liaising with medical colleagues to ensure seamless case handling and documentation.
- Making healthcare appointments at the request of the customers as required
Required Qualifications
- Experience of working in a customer service or claims assessment role.
- Previous experience in a healthcare role is highly desirable.
- Experience data entry/case management
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Good IT skills
- Customer focused with good listening skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Educated to A Level or with relevant experience.
