CCR branches out

It’s a highly competitive marketplace, but CCR continues to go from strength to strength. Last year alone, we successfully renewed a major contract with one of Europe’s top insurance and pension providers.

Over a further two year period, CCR will work closely with the firm to continue finding and providing contact centre, resource planning, MI and real time analysts via a national campaign.

CCR Managing Director James Spencer said, “We’ve been investing considerable time and effort into building this particular area of our business, so winning an extension to this already successful contract is a real added boost for the team.”
