Our client is looking for a high performance, sales driven, contact centre professional.
The person we are looking for will have a track record in delivering stretching targets in a challenging market.

 

They will have worked in a changing, dynamic environment, building strategic plans, to deliver cost effective performance, whilst creating a culture that encourages challenge and continuous improvement of process and people.


You will be able to evidence strong leadership and engagement skills, with a history of managing to cost per process and delivering high quality customer contact.

  • To lead change whilst delivering performance

  • To develop and deliver the operational plan
